Castrol TRANSMAX Power Steering Fluid is a multipurpose, mineral based power steering fluid suitable for use in vehicles that require the use of red (automatic transmission) fluids are used, such as Dexron® II/III and Ford Mercon®. Castrol TRANSMAX Power Steering Fluid can also be mixed with most other fluids types, ideal for fluid top-ups. Excellent anti-wear properties provide continued protection all year round while the oxidation and foam control additives keep the fluid clean and prevent pump cavitation. The corrosion resistant formula prevents rust and corrosion forming on pumps and components, extending system life
